Would you believe one of the most popular events on the calendar is a festival dedicating to quilts and quilting? If not, it can be somewhat hard to believe that quilting is a widespread and fairly hardcore industry in the modern age for those who partake in it. That means our Spring tradition of having “A Mountain Quiltfest™” in March as one of the first big events of the year sees thousands of people coming and enough drive and interest to justify having the quilting festival for 26 years.

Celebrate the art and heritage of quilting at the 26thAnnual A Mountain Quiltfest™. Quilters from all around come together at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge for this five-day long quilting event. Quilters have the opportunity to attend classes that are based on skill level and technique. There will also be a quilt show that displays a variety of quilts for your viewing pleasure.
Quilters can choose between different categories to enter their quilts. The winners will go home with some great prizes!
